![]() The historical fiction book Daniel at the Siege of Boston is about a young boy named Daniel who is an american spy. He and his family work in the tavern for General Gage. Daniel is a very good boy. He is respectful and caring to his mother and little sister while his dad is fighting for freedom. The main problem is that the British can tar and feather american spies so Daniel must be very secretive. It is also hard to tell which side everyone is on. I liked this book because the plot was interesting and left me on the edge of my seat. -Casey
