If one of the three branches was taken away, then it would affect our country a lot. For example, there would be no order. The branches are the ones that make laws. They have different powers over each other. If you take one branch out, they are not equal. Also, people have different opinions. States would be in chaos As a second thought, if you took out the judicial branch, then who would solve arguments? People would have to many questions to think of an answer! Finally, the people would want a person to lead them. Normally, the president is that person, but if you took the Executive Branch away, then who would lead? That is how the country could possibly be affected.
If one of our branches were taken away then lots of things would happen. People would protest about it not being fair. Our government would start to crumble and get destroyed and laws would be passed that most people would not like much.
If the Legislative Branch was taken away then the President could choose random Federal Judges, the President would also get to choose any ambassadors he wanted, Any laws could be passed by the President, nobody would spend money so the things the Government owns would not be rebuilt if destroyed, and one Branch would probably get to powerful.
If one of the branches of the government was removed, the entire system of governing would become unbalanced.
One example would be if the judicial branch was gone, no court cases would be able to be completed. There would be no way to settle large, very important cases.
Another example would be that it would become more difficult, maybe even impossible, to settle disputes or differences among government officials. Laws would not be able to be created or passed.
Lastly, if we lost the executive branch we would not have someone to represent the United States to other countries, or relay messages to the citizens of this country.
If the Executive branch was taken away, laws would not be carried out or executed, and half the country wouldn't know about the new laws.New laws would not be suggested, and the only people deciding the laws would be the lageslative branch. Also, their would be no president to represent our country.
If the executive branch was gone I think that we would be ruled by a monarchy instead of a bunch of different people working together to run the country. I think that we could get into a civil war where one side supports the monarchy and the other doesn't. I think that more people would break the law because the executive branch executes the laws and sets an example. If there was no executive branch there would be no cabinet and less help for the citizens.
The three branches of government are Legislative, Executive and Judicial. If we lost one of them we would lose our checks and balance system that are founding fathers put in place. For example if we lost the Judicial branch we would lose the Supreme Court, who has the power to check the actions of the President and Congress. If we lost the Executive branch we lose the role of President, who is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress. If we lost the Legislative branch we would lose the Congress. Congress is the sole authority to enact legislation, declare war and approve the Presidents appointments.
All three are needed to keep balance.
Many things could happen if one of the branches of government were taken away. If the Legislated Branch got taken away, there would be no laws. If there were no laws then people would be doing what they wanted, and it could harm others. If the Executive Branch was gone, there would be no president. Without a president there would be more war because our president is in charge of our military and keeping us safe. The Judicial Branch is in charge of making sure that the laws are constitutional. If this Branch did not exist, then our country would not be the free country that most people want. I think that all the branches of government are very important.
If the Executive branch was removed our country would become a lawless one. The Executive branch is why we have the President. So if there was no Executive branch, we might not have a President or Vice President. The President is also the Commander in Chief incharge of the military, so there might not be a military. The President also implements many Federal agencies like the DOD, Education, and Transportation, without the President these may not exist. The President is the Head of State, he promotes diplomacy and international treaties. Without the Executive branch our country might be different and we might have different rules.
If the three branches of goverment were taken away. I think there would be chaos.
If the Legislative branch was taken way, people would be able to make there own laws without any restrictions. The president wouldn't be able to be impeached.
If the Executive branch was taken away we would have no president. Plus, no one would be able to pass a law.
If the Judical branch was taken away no one would be able to settle state debates. there would also be no one to be in charge of the Supreme Court.
This is what I think would happen if the three main branches of goverment were taken away.
If one of the branches were taken away the country would turn into a dictation kingdom because each branch balances out the power. So, if one branch like the Judicial Branch was taken away then the two others would be making laws that were probably unconstitutional because the Judicial branch wouldn’t be there to stop them. Another example is the Legislative Branch, if it were to be taken away the U.S.A. would have had a lot of trouble making laws. Lastly, if the Executive Branch were taken away then we would not have a leader and everyone would be equal but some times equal is not the best. Everyone would feel like they would have power and chaos would happen. That is what I think would happen if one of branches were taken away.
If one of the Branches went away there would be a lot of problems. For example, If we did not have an executive branch we would not have a president or a secratary which would make it really hard to comunicate with other countries. If we didnt have the Legislative branch we wouldn't have a way to make laws, and without laws are country would be crazy. If we did not have the Judicial branch then we would not be able to settle problems between states which could lead to war. We need all of the Branches of goverment to be almost problem free.
The removal of one of the three branches of government would affect our country in many harmful ways. The elimination of one branch would throw off the checks and balances toward each other, their separation of power, and the expressed powers of each branch outlined in the Constitution. The first specific example of what might happen is that there would be no national currency or system of money and no taxes would be collected. This would create issues when citizens were trying to make purchases and would be problematic to the respect of the United States in their dealings with other countries. Also without the revenue from taxes the United States would be lacking in funds for governmental agencies and needs. The second specific example of what might happen is that if there was no executive branch there would be no president. Without our elected chief executive there would be no central representative for our nation and this could create a chaotic environment with poor unorganized leadership. The third specific example of what might happen is that there would be no branch to settle disputes between states. There could be actions that conflict with the Constitution and rights of Americans and there would be no branch to stop these actions and declare them unconstitutional. These are just a few of the problematic examples that could occur if the legislative, executive, or judicial branch were removed.
If one branch of the government was taken away, it would have drastic effects on the U.S.A. If the Legislative Branch was taken away, no new bills would be introduced, and wrongdoing officials would not be impeached by the Senate like they should be. If there were no bills, there would be no new laws, and people would get away with illicit activity. If the judicial branch was taken away, there would be no judges, and the Supreme Court wouldn’t function. Also, debates concerning the law would not be settled peacefully. Without the executive branch, there would be no president or cabinet, resulting as well in no legislation because of the president’s absence. Many things would be chaotic and messed up without any of the branches.
if you were to get rid of the judicial branch there would be no more consequences for people who did bad things. Also i think our crime rate would grow substantially higher. More people would be killed which would reduce the population of earth. which in someways is good.
If one of the branches was taken away, like the Executive branch, the president and the cabinet would be removed, and we would have many difficulties. Here are some examples. First, the president is the commander in chief, but without the president, during wars the soldiers would have no commander. Second, if the Judicial branch was missing, and we had questions about laws, no one would be able to interpret and answer the questions. Lastly, if the Legislative branch was gone, there would be no more new laws added for this branch does that. So, the three branches need each other, and need to work together to run the country.
If one of our country’s three branches of government was taken away, things would go downhill very quickly! As an example, the Judicial Branch. The Judicial Branch’s main powers are; interpreting laws and settling disputes between states. If this branch was taken away, America would crumple. There would be no Supreme Court to lead our country. State fights may go on, and unconstitutional laws may be passed. In conclusion, all of the branches are very important for our country.
The United States of America has three branches of government the Judicial, Executive, and legislative Branch. If one of them wasn’t there we wouldn’t have a balanced Checks and Balances system. For an Example if the Executive Branch wasn’t there they wouldn’t have anyone to make treaties with other countries and then Branches would get into Arguments because one branch would have more power then the other. So basically if one branch was missing doesn’t matter witch one, but if one was missing Branches would get into several arguments and the arguments could effect people who live in the United States of America. I’m glad we have the Checks and Balances system because it helps make our government run smooth witch helps the people who live in the United States of America.
It would be very bad if one government went away. Some reasons why it would bad because if one would be gone we would not know which government would take its place because it is not in the constitution. If the Judicial was not here some government might not follow a rule. So no one would think they did something against the constitution. One more reason of how it would affect are country is if the Legislative branch was not here the president would not be in check so he maybe have to much power. That is some reasons if one government left and how it would affect are contry.
One example would be if the Legislative Branch was taken away the President would be considered a dictator. With nobody to vote on laws, the President would have to make all decisions. A second example would be if there was no Judicial Branch, there would be nobody to know if a bill was unconstitutional or not. The third example would be if there was no Executive Branch then everything would be up to the Legislative Branch and the Legislative Branch would have too much power.
If one of our branches got taken away the U.S would be very unorganized, we would have no laws, and everyone will protest and that would make everything fall apart.
If one of the branches of government was taken away it would be awful. First the branches would fight over power because there is a missing branch and it would have no balance. Second the United States would start to fall apart because they wouldn't have tax and laws . Finally the branches would make more mistakes because only one branch would be watching them instead of two. If the Executive branch was missing then there will be no one to execute the laws. If the Legislative was missing then there would be no one to make bills that might turn into laws. If the Judicial branch was missing there would be no one to run the supreme court. To conclude if one branch went missing there would be no balance.
If the Legislative Branch was taken away then there would be many changes in government, and our country. For one we wouldn't vote for our Senators and Representatives, but then the President would have to be able to make the laws. However that would not be fair, and our country would break out in fights. The Judicial could take on the Legislative's responsibilities, but then the Judicial Branch would have too much power. Finally, if the Legislative was taken out then not all people would have a voice, so many fights would break out. This an example of why the country would be chaos without one of the Branches of Government.
If the Legislative Branch was taken away, it would affect our government in many ways. It would change our WHOLE country.
Some examples are that laws wouldn't be written. And because of that, our country would NOT be safe. Since Congress says what the United States will do, we wouldn't be able to declare war because we would have no Congress. We would not be able to borrow money when needed or give money. Lastly, the Legislative Branch can hold meetings to see if the Executive Branch is "behaving nicely." We wouldn't be able to do that. So the Executive Branch can do anything they want, and it would be wrong to let such things happen.
Using all of these examples, our nation would be a complete mess. And these are not the only examples. There are more than three, you know.
In conclusion, the Executive Branch would be free, people would go crazy with no laws to tell them what to do, and finally, we wouldn't be able to declare war so if we weren't ready to fight, we had to be. So as I said, we would be a complete MESS.
If 3 branches of government were taken away, that would give full power and control to just one person. The worst part is that people will not get to consent to being rolled. It can also lead to poor distribution to wealth and a society that is not united. One ruler has the potential to lead it's people in unrest and provide no recourse of action for civilian to address major issues. The probability of this type of government being overthrown is high, because leaders almost never willing turn over power. In the past, this form of government leads to deaths of innocent people. Unsurprisingly, many people view this type of government as negative which is why we have checks and balances in our country.
If one of the three branches of government were taken away our country would go downhill. All the branches have powers that balance out one another and if one were gone one branch might be more powerful then the other. If the legislative branch were taken away then no laws would be made. Also the legislative branch is the branch that can impeach people if they are abusing there jobs and without them people could abuse there job and still be there. I hope our country never turns this way, and no branch ever gets taken away.
Many things could happen, but if the government wasn't the government things would start to fall apart. If we took the Judicial Branch out we would have no legal system, we would have no judges, and we would have no way to enforce laws.
I think it would be very bad if one branches were took away. For instance, if the judicial branch was gone everything could be very unconstitutional. Also, treaties would be much harder to settle (dispute wise) because thats the judicial branches job.The checks and balances idea would all destroyed. So all in all it wouldn't be to great to have a branch of government gone.
