If one of the 3 branches of government was taken away then One of the 2 other branches would have to much power. Like if the Legislative Branch was taken away, and the Executive Branch got all of it's power then the Executive Branch would be able to pass whatever laws it makes. So if any of the branches gets to much power they can abuse that power and that won't be good.

If one of the 3 branches of government was taken away then for example the legislative branch, if there was no legislative branch then everything would be chaos and everyone would be going crazy. If there was no Judicial branch then no-one would be found guilty of something that they did/didn't do. If there was no Executive branch then there would be no leader of the military.

If the Judicial branch was taken away we wouldn't have any ideas for a bill to turn into a law. And if there wasn't the judicial branch then there wouldn't be court for wrongdoers. And if the judicial branch wasn't there then terrible laws might form. Those are three reason why it would affect our country if there was no judicial branch.

The three branches are the reason why America is as successful as it is today. Without one of these branches our whole country would fall apart. I am going to write about what would happen if we did not have the Legislative branch. First, let’s go over what the Legislative branch does. It makes laws, lays taxes, and makes the right delicious for our country. Think about our country without all of those things. Think about not having taxes. That sounds great and all, but, think about living in a trashy and unmaintained neighborhood where there are NO streetlights. Nobody wants that. 2nd, think about living with no laws! Again, that sounds great. But, think about living in a world without the law against killing people. Many more lives would be lost that way. 3rd, think about living in a world where you are allowed to rob a bank. Crime would be high without the Legislative branch. So, without the Legislative branch, you would have to live in a trashy and unmaintained world where you are allowed to kill people, rob a bank and commit any crime you want and not get punished and sent to jail. Compare that to the way we live right now in America. We live better right now because of something called, the Legislative branch.

If any one of the three branches of government were taken away, it would have a very negative impact on our country. For example, if the Legislative Branch was taken away, we wouldn't be able to make any more laws. Then we wouldn't be able to have new laws when they were needed, like during the Corona virus. There would also be no way to remove the President if they were being harmful to the country. There also wouldn't be any taxes, so there wouldn't be money to pay for things like the military.

Taking away one the branches could effect our society greatly. If one of the branches were taken away the other two branches might gain too much power. If the Legislative branch was taken away, who would make the laws for our country? If the Executive branch was taken away, there would be no president for the country. They would also not be there to reinforce the laws. If the Judicial branch was taken away, who would interpret the laws? There would also be no courts to settle arguments. This is why we need every branch to balance it out.

What would happen if we removed one of the branches of our government? First of all, if we removed a branch of our government the other branches would become more powerful and we would become like England which then was ruled by a king. Secondly, each branch of our government plays an important role in our government, and if we remove one branch it would affect the entire country. If we removed the legislative branch, we would have no one to create the laws and the Executive Branch wouldn’t have to enforce them. Thirdly, our government is very stable and successful so if we removed one of the branches of the government, it would fall apart and we wouldn’t be a powerful Nation anymore. That's what would happen if we removed one of the branches of government.

I one of the Branches of government did not exist it was impact our country. First, One of the branches would have to much power. Second the people might feel like they fought for nothing because the government would be like a king and parliament. Lastly. There would be a lot more work and pressure on the other branches. That is whet I think would happen if one of the branches was taken away.

This is what would happen if one of the branches was taken. First off, you need some kind of replacement so people don't go crazy, and there's two main ways they can to go about this. First, is to grant all the checks and balances to one party of people made from either elected civilians, or a party of equal number of people from the Democratic and Republican parties, with a neutral group to solve any quarrels the parties may start. The effect of this would be similar to how the branches started, more order in the streets and cities. However, that's saying that we DO get a replacement, but what if we don't(?) well I pray that we do because this is what would happen. Once again, the government can go two different ways with this, they can give ALL the power that branch had to the people, except the executive branch, and just hope that the people don't go crazy, but if they do, they probably will, the streets will just get even worse than if the had simply done nothing at all. The other, more intelligent option, would be to half all the checks, balances, and powers between the other two, and simply just become a two-sided government, and the effect will just be the same as having a three-sided government, except a little harder to run. Those are some effects that having a branch taken away might bring.

What if thee was no judicial branch? Other branches could act unconstitutionally and get away with it. Laws would also be unconstitutional and no one would care. Finally, laws would not be enforced. That's why we need a judicial branch.

If one of the three branches got removed bad things would happen to our country. If the Executive branch went missing then there would be lots of problems with America. I think this because if we didn't have a President then the laws would be weird or there would be no laws. My second reason is that this branch looks over the Judicial branch, so because of this if the Judicial branch judge liked someone they could say that he isn't guilty. My last reason is that the states would not be equally represented in votes.

If one of the tree branches were taken away it would impact our government in a very negative way. Here a a few examples of what may happen if the judicial branch was taken away. First, we wouldn’t have them to balance the powers of the two other branches. One branch could get too powerful and we would have the same situation people first had in England. Secondly, they wouldn’t be there to say the president is acting unconstitutional. If they aren’t there, the president could take full power because no one is there to tell him it is unconstitutional. Lastly, if laws are passed, and the judicial branch wasn’t there, they could be unconstitutional. If they aren’t there, we could have very unfair laws about things you had to do and a lot more taxes. As you can see, many bad things could happen if one branch wasn’t there, and it would be very terrible for the government.

If the legislative branch was removed it would have a very bad affect on the government. The legislative branch is the branch that makes laws, so if we didn't have a legislative branch there would be no laws or rules whatsoever. If there were no laws, then the whole country would probably burn to the ground.

Our country could be negatively impacted if the judicial branch was taken away. First, if Congress passed a law that was not constitutional no one would be there to decide if it's constitutional. Next, if someone had committed a crime there would be no one to decide if they should go to jail or not. Last, if someone had harmed someone but they didn't have to go to jail, there will be no one decide how much money they would have to pay. This is why our country will be negatively impacted if the judicial branch was taken away.

If one of the branches was taken away, a branch might have too much power. One branch would have to take up that responsibility of the branch that was taken away. If the judicial branch was taken away, then the executive might have to interpret the laws and enforce them. The branch that took up that responsibility might not have time for both, and something important would not get done. It could effect our country badly. Lastly, if no one was doing the judicial branch, then no one would make the laws. There would be nothing for the executive and legislative branch to do.

If they took away any branch, then there might not be a president, vice president, constitutional laws, or laws. There might not be people to help pass and keep laws. All of the other branches would have more power.

The branches are very important to help support each other. If one branch was taken away, then other branches might have too much power. For example, if the executive branch was taken away, then there would be no branch to help veto or pass laws. Then, if the legislative branch was taken away, then there would be no branch to help make laws. Also, if the judaical branch was taken away then there would be no court to justify whats right and whats wrong. Thats why I think that all the branches working together makes an even balance and if one branch is taken away, the whole system could collapse.

If the Judicial branch was taken away that would not be good. One reason it would not be good is that the Judicial makes sure that laws go by the Constitution. So if Congress made a law that was unfair then nothing would happen.

If any one of our branches were taken away, it would be terrible because the other branches could become too powerful. Each of our branches is very important to a successful country. The legislative branch makes laws, the judicial branch decides the meaning of them, and the executive branch has the president approve them. All of the branches are very important and are absolutely necessary.

The three branches of government are very important. They all make sure no group specifically is in charge. If one branch of government is taken away, the whole system would collapse. I think this because they wouldn’t have made the whole government if they wanted one person or group to be in charge. They wanted to be a team. Also, if one of the branches were taken out they wouldn’t have a group that did those things. For example, if they were to take out the Executive branch they wouldn’t have a group that had the president or the Vice President or even the head of the military. Lastly, if that were to happen would they replace it or just have 2 branches? If they added a branch it would be a lot like the one they took out, or completely different? This would be a huge change and would cause trouble. This is why I think if our country had taken out a branch it would have a huge affect.

If one branch of the government was taken taken away, our government would not function. The legislative branch, the judicial branch and the executive branch are all they are all there to equalize each others power. Without all three we could not pass laws, we could not appoint judges and we could not impeach judges or the President.

If one of the Branches Of Government was taken away this is what would happen. I’m choosing the Legislative Branch, if this branch was taken away it would impact the government, and our country here’s why. First, if there was a war with another country we could not declare war and they would take over America. Second, both Branches the Judicial and Executive would have to much power. Third and finally we could not make laws that are needed to make our country a better place. That is what would happen if the Legislative branch was taken away.

If the Executive Branch of the government was taken away it would effect the country. It would effect it because there would be no President or cabinet to monitor the other 2 branches. There would be a lot of argument between the branches because there would no longer be someone to make the final decision. If we didn't have a President there would not be a singular person in charge of the country. If the country did this our whole nation would fall apart.

If one of the three branches of government was taken away the country would change a lot. The reason the country would change a lot is because the three branches of basically hold the states together, they are the base of the United State. Another reason is if one of the branches was taken away one Branch would have o mush power over the other branch. The final reason is that if one of the branches was taken away there would be an imbalance because there wouldn't be branches that fought with other branches about things that are right and wrong, there would just be one branch making all of the decision. That is what would happen if one of the branches would be taken away.

If one of the three branches were gone then one branch would be too powerful and in control. If one branch was missing we would not be a democracy. Also the United States wouldn’t be the United States. Those are three reasons why we need all branches.

If the Judicial branch was taken away, there wouldn’t be a court to punish those who violate the laws. And if the Executive branch didn’t exist, we wouldn’t have a President to enforce the laws and accept or reject them. This would give the Legislative branch the power to make any laws. For these reasons, if one of the three branches of government was taken away, it would give the other two branches too much power.

If 1 of the 3 branches was taken away it would leave us in a bad position. 1 reason is that it would leave us vulnerable to inside the border attacks and battles we never wanted to start. 2nd the other parts of government would be more powerful and they could overrule the other branch because there wouldn’t be another branch to put them in line. Lastly our government would be too weak to help us with things that shouldn’t have happened because of our weak government. These are the reasons why I think there should always be 3 branches of government.

Without it was would not know what to do. Second say the Executive branch was gone we would not have a president to make disishons, law and other stuff. That's what I think would happen if one of the branches of government was taken away.
