I think that history would be different if we did not have the French and Indian War, because we would not be learning about it, and two, tons of lives were lost during the war. Three Ben Franklin wouldn’t have made the “Join or die” cartoon that united some of the states.

Some things would have changed if the French and Indian War did not happen. One thing would be that the French and the English might have been friends. Secondly, no one would have died and they would still be taking care of their families. Lastly, the thirteen colonies might have never united. Those are some things that might have happened if there was no war.

If the French and Indian war hadn’t happened Great Britain wouldn’t have Fort Louisbourg because they wouldn’t have had the idea from William Pitt. Next, there wouldn’t be Pittsburg because William Pitt wouldn’t have been rewarded for his good ideas and plans. Finally, there wouldn’t be Williams College because Ephraim Williams wouldn’t have died and asked to spend the money to build a school. Those things wouldn’t have happened if the French and Indian war never happened.

This would happen if the French and Indian War had not happened. First, we would not be learning about this today. Second, the Revolutionary War would not happen. Third, we wouldn’t know who George Washington was. That’s what I think if the French and Indian War did not happen.

I think that if the French and Indian war had not of happened then the British would never have gotten all of the French territory and Britain the would never be able to expand the 13 Colonies. Also the US would never have done the Lewis and Clark expedition and the US would not have the states in that area. So the US wouldn't of had 50 states.

The French and British army’s fought for American colonies and because of the fact it lasted for seven years Britain had a huge amount of depth to make money back British started taxing the colonists that the colonists got so mad about the extra taxes that they wanted to be a independent country and get away from Britain. So if the French and Indian war never happened America might not have been born. Also general Edward Braddock wouldn’t have been killed.

Many things would have gone differently if the French and Indian War hadn't happened. Firstly, not as many lives would have been killed. Secondly, if this war hadn't happened, the French would maybe still own some land before the Revolutionary War hadn't happened, which brings me to my next topic. The Revolutionary War wouldn't have happened at all if this war never happened. There would also not be Pittsburgh because Pittsburgh was made to reward William Pitt. Many other things may have changed, but here are a few.

History might be different if the French and Indian War did not happen. Great Britain may not have owned as much land so may not have been as powerful and influential. The American Revolution and other conflicts that occurred after the French and Indian War may not have happened anymore. Lastly, George Washington may not have become president because he may not have had a chance to prove himself as a good leader if the war did not happen. In conclusion, the French and Indian War was a significant event in our nation’s history and helped shape America into what it is today.

This is how history might be different if the French and Indian War did not happen. First, part of America would be French,or the English may have sold the 13 original colonies to another country. Next, there might not be a Boston Tea party because Britain would not be in debt. Finally, The United States of America might not be free because Britain would have more soldiers to fight in the Revolutionary war. Those are a few examples of how history might be different if the French and Indian War did not happen.

If the war between the French and Indian war didn’t happen then our parents, parents, parents, parents, and you get what I mean. They wouldn’t have us or people in this world. Another reason is that maybe that everyone in the olden days wouldn’t have a real life maybe that everyone wouldn’t have food. They have to fight to get money, food, or water. That is what I think might happen if the war didn’t happen.

Here are some reasons history would be different if the French and Indian wars didn’t happen. First, England wouldn’t become poor because of the war. Secondly, England wouldn’t have gotten more land. Thirdly, the Frenchwould have kept their land. This is why history would be different if this wars did not happen.

If the French and Indian War hadn't happened then the British wouldn't have fort Louisburg, no one would have to fight, and they wouldn't waste their lives dying and being miserable for 9 years. Those are my reasons, if the French and Indian War hadn't happened.

If the French And Indian War didn’t happen, History could have changed dramatically. The first thing that may have changed was the tension between the Colonies and England. When the French and Indian War ended, England was poor and in debt. To counteract this, England enforced tax on the Colonies that made the Colonists mad. Another thing that may have changed if the French and Indian War didn’t happen was the rebellion of the Indians. When the French and Indian War ended, the French had to give up all their land in the Americas. When the British got this land, all the Colonists built farms and buildings, but the Indians that lived their rebelled and killed many British people on their land. Many things could have changed if the French and Indian War didn’t happen.

If the French and Indian war had not happened history would be different because the British would not have all that land that they earned from the French. Second it would be different because some of the forts like fort desqesne would still be in French ownership. Lastly the French would not have made a bond with the Indians to team up and fight the British.

The French and Indian war affected history. If the war didn’t happen, I think that the 13 colonies might have not been united. Benjamin Franklin made the first political cartoon that convinced the colonies to join. Next, the French might have still had control over the Ohio River Valley. The USA might have some French owning the land if they didn’t go to war. Lastly, the battles with the Indian and British for the land wouldn’t have happened, and more lives wouldn’t have to be lost. In conclusion, if the French and Indian war didn’t happen, history might have been different.

History would be different because if the French and Indian didn't happen England wouldn't of had that land then the king doesn't have to make that law. Then the colonists don't hate the king then there is not a revolutionary war.

If the French and Indian War hadn't happened, then so many people wouldn't have died, the English wouldn't have so much land and wouldn't have gotten in a fight with their king. The colonies wouldn't have united and George Washington may not have been a leader. Maybe we would have even been part of Canada.

These things would happen if the French and Indian war didn't happen. First, there wouldn't be Williams College because William Pitt had the idea of taking Louisburg in the way of sea and land and used the money he received to start the college. Second, great Britain became poor fighting the battle and left the U.S. and they might have stayed also the French would still be in the U.S. Thirdly, we would not be learning the French and Indian war because it would have never happened. Those are some thing that might happen if the French and Indian war never happened.

A lot of things would have gone differently in the French and Indian war hadn't happened, starting with the fact that far less lives would have been taken. The agreements made after the French and Indian war, like the Proclamation of 1763, also wouldn't have happened. Lastly, the French would still have the land that they had to give to the Americas. This is what would have happened if the French and Indian war had never happened.

If the French and Indian War (The 7 Year War) had not happened, it would have changed all early American history. First of all, the British wouldn’t have all the debt they had from the war and they would not have taxed the Colonists so heavily. These heavy taxes is what led to conflict between the Colonists and the British. The second difference is if the French and Indian War had not happened, the French would not have lost control of their territories in America and Canada. If the French had remained in their territories, this would have limited space for the expansion of the 13 Colonies. The third reason is if the war had not happened, the British would not have had to send in a young George Washington into war. Washington made many mistakes during this war, but he learned from them. George Washington used this wartime experience in the American Revolution against the British and became a great American leader. In conclusion, that is why I think American history would have been very different if the French and Indian War had not been fought.

History would be very different if the French and Indian War didn't happen. First, King George III wouldn't be in debt from the French and Indian War. Instead he would have lots of money to use if England had a war. Second, England would not have French land which the Indians lived in. That would have never started the Indians attacking the settlers. Lastly, the Revolution would have never happened if it wasn't for the French and Indian War. That means the 13 colonies probably would still be owned by Great Britain! As you can see, History would be very different if the French and Indian War hadn't happen.

If the French and Indian war never happend Florida may still be owned by Spain. This means we might speak Spanish. Another way history would be different is France might still own the Ohio River Valley and the other land West of the Mississippi River. My last way history could be different is England wouldn't be in debt. These are 3 ways history could be different if the French and Indian war never happened.

If the French and Indian war had not started many things in our country would be different. First we might be English or French because we would never not want to be English. Second so many lives were lost in the French and Indian War so if the French and Indian War didn't happen then there would be more people alive. Last when George Washington was leader at the first fort he began to love war if that didn't happen then we would probably have a king or queen and not democracy. As you can see from this essay the French and Indian War was a big part in history.

History might be different if the French and Indian war hadn't happened. England would still be wealthy, because after the French and Indian war had happened they were poor because they had spent so much money on supplies for the war. The French would've still had all their territory in what now is the United States. If the French and Indian war hadn't happened the United States could've had some French influence. If the French and Indian war had not happened the French would still have all their territory and the United States may of not been a thing it could've been New France or something like that.

History would be different if the French and Indian war hadn’t happened. The United States would not exist if the French and Indian war hadn’t happened because England would have not won the Louisiana Purchase. Second, George Washington would not have become a general, he would have stayed as a surveyor because he wouldn’t have surveyed the French’s land and England’s land and wouldn’t have become interested in becoming a general. Lastly, Benjamin Franklin would have not made his snake character, join or die, because the 13 colonies wouldn’t be united and that would not have created the United States. Those are the reasons on what history would be like if the French and Indian war hadn’t happened.

History might have been different if the French and Indian war hadn’t happened because England would not have land that the French once owned. The English and the Indians would also not be fighting because England did not have the land the French had. England also would not have become poor and in debt, but they were even cautious about spending money on soldiers. England would not have had to lose a lot of people in battles such as Fort Neccesity, Quebec, Louisburgh, and more. Also, King George would not have had to make a proclamation about the Indians and the land West of the Appalachian Mountains, because they did not have the land.

What would have happened if the French and Indian War hadn’t happened? First, the French wouldn’t have lost all the land they had in North America to the British. Also, all the forts that had been built for defense would still be up and standing. The French would have also kept getting resources from Fort Louisbourg, because once the British claimed Louisbourg, the French lost all their resources. Those are some examples of what could have happened if the French and Indian War had not happened.

If the French and Indian war hadn’t happened things might have been different. If the French and Indian war hadn’t happened there wouldn’t be the United States as we know of today. For example, there would be fewer states because the French would have owned their own land west of the Appalachian Mountains. Also, if the French and Indian war didn’t happen the British might not have been in major debt. For example, the colonists would still have their money instead of it going to the war. Lastly, if the French and Indian war hadn’t happened the colonists wouldn’t be ambitious to go west of the land they had along the Atlantic Ocean. For example, the war started over a piece of land the French had that the British wanted because of it’s fertile soil. If the French and Indian war hadn’t happened we would have been a smaller country.

If the French and Indian War didn't happen than history may have been different because Great Britain wouldn't have been in debt and had unpaid bills. The British national debt had doubled by the end of the war. British would not have gained so much of North American land. New laws and taxes would not have been placed by the British Government to protect the new land.

If the French and Indian War didn't happen it would have change a lot. One thing that would have changed was the French would still have their land. Another reason is that the British wouldn't be broke from fighting, and not made those dumb taxes like the sugar act, quartering act, etc. If the British never made those dumb taxes the colonist wouldn't be mad at the British, and if the colonist didn't get mad at the British the Revolutionary War never would have happened. If the Revolutionary War never happened America might not have their independents, and French might still own some land in the colonies. We might even be British for all I know. That is what would have happened if the French and Indian War never happened.

I think the most important Seed of Revolution was the Boston Massacre, because it was the first act of violence between colonists and soldiers. The next reason is that a person named Crispus Attucks was the first person killed in the Boston Massacre. The soldiers killed 5 colonists and the colonist didn't kill any soldiers. The final reason is that it made King George pull soldiers out of Boston and that lead to the Boston Tea Party. This is where $1 million dollar of tea was destroyed.
